In this Android App Product Tester position at the entry level, you’ll examine new applications, whether they’re entertainment platforms or restaurant ordering systems. Your feedback will directly influence how well apps perform and how much users enjoy them.
Roles: Your day-to-day work involves installing applications onto your phone or tablet and thoroughly testing each component. Following this hands-on evaluation, you’ll compose detailed feedback about what worked well and identify any problems you encounter.
Requirements: You’ll need access to one or more of the following devices: iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour (varies based on app complexity and the level of detail needed in your assessment).
Skills/background needed:
- Must own a smartphone or tablet with the ability to download and operate applications.
- Capable of completing projects with minimal supervision
- Skill in adhering carefully to detailed testing protocols and guidelines
- Minimum 5 hours weekly availability
- Stable high-speed internet access
Hours per week: Flexible.
